Partner Paul Davis started his legal career in 1975 with a firm specialising in claimant personal injury claims. He went on to gain a First Class Honours degree in law and was admitted as a solicitor in 1983. He joined national personal injury specialists Russell Jones & Walker in 1986 and spent 10 years as the partner in charge of their Leeds office, before transferring to the Bar in 1996.
Throughout his legal career of more than 30 years, Paul has practised as a solicitor and a barrister in most areas of civil litigation, including medical and other forms of professional negligence, and has particular expertise in personal injury claims.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is unashamedly passionate about his work. In his spare time he enjoys walking and cycling.
Partner John Gordon qualified as a barrister in 1989 and practised for 10 years from the professional negligence and litigation chambers of Robert Seabrook QC and then Kieran Coonan QC in London and the South East. He joined a Top 100 national firm of solicitors in 1999 as in-house Counsel, subsequently qualifying as a solicitor advocate and becoming a partner.
He specialises in commercial litigation, including all contract disputes, commercial fraud cases, professional negligence, property disputes and disputes relating to personal guarantees.
John spends his spare time with his wife and two young children, and he is a fanatical Leicester Tigers supporter. He also enjoys running and winter sports.
He is a Director of Billington Holdings Plc, a London listed business and a Trustee of African Steps a charity providing healthcare support in Malawi.
