| John Gordon
John qualified as a barrister in 1989 and practised for 10 years from the
professional negligence and litigation chambers of Robert Seabrook QC and
then Kieran Coonan QC in London and the South East.
He joined Freeth Cartwright LLP in 1999 as in house Counsel, subsequently
qualifying as a solicitor advocate, and was a partner there until 2008.
He specialises in commercial litigation including all contract disputes,
commercial fraud cases, professional negligence, property disputes and
disputes relating to personal guarantees.
John is a non-executive director of Billington Holdings PLC, a London Stock
Exchange listed UK based group of companies focused on structural steel
activities in the UK and engineering activities throughout the UK and world

He spends his spare time with his wife and two young children, and is a
